About The Position
As a Caregiver at Mom's Home Care, you will support elderly clients in their own homes, helping enhance their quality of life with compassionate assistance and companionship. The role includes 8- to 12-hour weekend shifts. The company offers 24/7 supervisor support, ongoing training, feedback, caregiver appreciation bonuses, and other occasional surprises.
Requirements
- Two years of previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, humor, and kindness.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
- Monitor vital signs as needed to help ensure clients' health and safety.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
