About The Position

Endurance Home Care is hiring per diem Caregivers, including CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs, who have a valid driver’s license and access to a car. Care Professionals provide compassionate in-home support to help clients age in place, promoting their safety, wellness, and quality of life. The role includes weekday, night, evening, and weekend shifts, with pay of $20–$25 per hour.

Caregivers support clients with companionship, household tasks, meals, mobility, personal care, transportation, medication-related reminders, and health appointments. They follow individual care plans and report notes and changes in clients’ health to the Care Team. Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional caregiver experience.
• Must be a CNA, HHA, or PCA.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to drive, and access to a car.
• Ability to lift significant weight and assist with transferring clients.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bank account capable of receiving direct deposits.
• No serious criminal offenses, as confirmed by a background check.
• Upbeat, optimistic, compassionate, positive attitude and energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and shop for groceries.
• Supervise client safety and assist with safe mobility to help prevent falls.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Transport clients to errands and appointments.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with filling prescriptions.
• Follow the care plan and submit daily and weekly notes and updates about changes in clients’ health status to the Care Team.
• Facilitate and manage medical appointments and related health activities.
• Attend monthly in-service trainings.
