About The Position
Senior Helpers of Evansville is hiring evening shift caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors. This is a great fit for caregivers who prefer working later in the day and into the evening, with flexible scheduling based on your availability. Senior Helpers has been the nation's premier franchisor of in-home senior care franchisees since 2005, with locations across the country. Our services range from specialized care for those with chronic diseases to companion services for seniors looking for assistance with daily activities. Our mission is to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families, and our employees.
Requirements
- CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Assist with errands and transportation to appointments
