About The Position
The Caregiver supports residents in an assisted living and memory care community by helping with daily personal care and hygiene, communicating residents’ needs and condition to healthcare and department personnel, and maintaining required written records. The role also involves staying in contact with residents, families, and support personnel to help ensure residents’ needs are continually met. The position is full-time at Farmington Square Medford in Medford, Oregon, with any shift.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Be compassionate, patient, and kind, with a desire to work with senior adults.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene.
- Communicate with healthcare staff and department personnel about residents’ conditions and relay relevant information.
- Maintain written records and documentation as required.
- Communicate with residents, their families, and support personnel to help ensure residents’ needs are continually met.
