About The Position

Caregivers at Emerald Gardens support residents in an assisted living and memory care community. The role involves helping residents with daily personal-care needs, communicating with healthcare staff, department personnel, residents, and families, and keeping required written records. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene.
Communicate with healthcare staff and department personnel about residents’ conditions.
Maintain written records and documentation as required.
Communicate with residents, their families, and support personnel to help ensure residents’ needs are continually met.
