About The Position
Caregivers support residents in an assisted living and memory care community, helping them with daily personal care and hygiene. They communicate with healthcare staff, department personnel, residents, families, and support personnel to help ensure residents’ needs are continually met. The role is available full-time or part-time, with any shift.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Be compassionate, patient, and kind, with a heart for working with senior adults.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene.
- Communicate with healthcare staff and department personnel about residents’ conditions and maintain written records and documentation as required.
- Maintain communication with residents, their families, and support personnel to help ensure residents’ needs are continually met.
