About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in Cheshire, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Depending on qualifications and client needs, caregivers provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, help with daily routines, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, medication reminders, and observation and reporting of changes in client condition. Free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants. The position offers flexible scheduling, with daytime and overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends. Shifts of 8–12 hours are available. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Qualified new hires may receive a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist clients with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
