About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Clarksburg, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Openings are available for experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, homemakers, and people starting a caregiving career. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Immediate starts and flexible, consistent scheduling opportunities are available, with 8–12 hour shifts during the day, overnight, weekdays, or weekends.

Caregivers provide companionship and emotional support, assist with personal care and daily routines, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and errands, give medication reminders, and observe and report changes in client conditions. The employer offers free caregiver training for qualified applicants. A $250 sign-on bonus is available to qualified new hires after their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
