About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in North Adams, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. Caregivers help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people starting a caregiving career. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required; free caregiver training is available to qualified applicants.

Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Flexible scheduling is available, including 8–12-hour shifts on days, overnights, weekdays, and weekends. Immediate-start opportunities are available. Qualified new hires may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
