About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Dalton, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Roles are open to CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, homemakers, and people beginning a caregiving career; prior caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required. The company offers free training for qualified applicants. The position pays $18–$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Flexible scheduling opportunities include 8–12-hour shifts on days or overnights, weekdays or weekends. Immediate-start opportunities are available. A $250 sign-on bonus is available to qualified new hires who work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during their first 90 days. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
