About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Hinsdale, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNA, HHA, PCA, and Homemaker candidates, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants. The position offers $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Scheduling opportunities are flexible and may include short shifts or 8–12 hour shifts, during the day or overnight, on weekdays or weekends. Immediate starts are available. A $250 sign-on bonus is available to qualified new hires after their first 90 days, subject to working at least 20 hours per week and having no unexcused absences during that period.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
