About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in Lenox, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. This family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, Homemakers, and people starting a caregiving career. Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not always required; free training is available for qualified applicants. Depending on qualifications and client needs, caregivers provide companionship and emotional support; assist with personal care and daily routines; prepare meals; perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands; provide medication reminders; and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. Caregivers are expected to provide compassionate, respectful, dependable care and protect client safety and confidentiality. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Shifts of 8–12 hours are available, with flexible scheduling opportunities for days, overnights, weekdays, and weekends. A $250 sign-on bonus is available to qualified new hires who work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during their first 90 days.

Responsibilities
