About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in public transportation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to an automobile.
• Must be able to obtain a Class "B" Commercial Driver's License with passenger air brake endorsement and without an air brake restriction.
• Must demonstrate intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills: good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to handle confidential and/or sensitive information in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring standard operating procedures of operators assigned to Pace Service, including paratransit service.
• Documenting boarding and alighting counts on assigned bus trips.
• Assisting with the survey of routes and stops in the IBS system.
• Assisting with new carrier service contract start-ups, including training operating personnel.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
