This Branch Manager position will require traveling between the branches. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years leadership experience
- Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and member focused
- Experience with branch profitability, planning, sales goals, coaching and development in a financial institution such as a bank or credit union
- Knowledge and/or training, and compliance with Laws and Regulations pertaining to BSA/AML/OFAC
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, customer service skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- At the helm of our operating branch, where your strategic oversight will play a vital role in developing financial objectives and comprehensive business plans.
- Expertise in budget management and fund allocation will ensure optimal resource use while you meticulously monitor all branch activities.
- Analyzing branch metrics, you will assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and inspire our dedicated staff, providing coaching to help them realize their potential career paths.
- Hiring, training, and scheduling branch personnel while enforcing policies and procedures.
