About The Position
This role is responsible for making delicious hot breakfasts possible for guests, ensuring exceptional and positive experiences for team members and guests, and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast and lobby area. The Breakfast Attendant will prepare, serve, and clean up the free hot breakfasts, create a warm and relaxing environment, and ensure food safety standards and inventory levels are met. A key aspect of the role is providing courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours.
- Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.
