About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to launch and lead a new outpatient ABA clinic in Hermitage, PA. This role offers the opportunity to focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business aspects such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. The clinic is a start-up, and the selected candidate will receive comprehensive training and support before the clinic opens. This is a partnership opportunity where the Clinic Director will receive a salary, bonus structure, benefits, CEU funds, growth opportunities, annual increases, and equity in their clinic.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
- Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

- Focus on patient care and providing ABA services.
- Lead and grow a new outpatient ABA clinic.
