Requirements

  • A deep understanding of automotive systems and a genuine love for troubleshooting and fixing cars.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with our service advisors.
  • The energy to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a professional shop environment.
  • A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and your own reliable set of automotive hand/air tools.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications (A1-A8) or trade school training are a huge plus!

Responsibilities

  • Dive into complex mechanical, electrical, and computer issues using advanced scan tools to find the root cause fast.
  • Perform everything from routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs) to major system overhauls (steering, suspension, and HVAC).
  • Test-drive your repairs and use your sharp eye to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop running flawlessly and safely.
  • Log your work accurately in our digital service management software and keep a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
