About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum three years of professional automotive service experience on various vehicle makes and models.
• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Strong ability to read and understand technical instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• High-energy personality with a positive attitude.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• technical or trade school certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Accurately troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using the latest technical tools and administrative systems.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and colleagues.
• Stay current with technical publications, Service Comm updates, and Asist terminal operations.
• Deliver safe, high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction on the first visit.
• Inspect vehicles for additional service needs, adhering to factory and local maintenance recommendations.
• Participate in factory and in-house training programs to enhance skills.
• Complete all service paperwork accurately and attach required documents to repair orders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by service management.
• Arrive punctually, dressed in a clean uniform, ready to work each day.
