About The Position

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent hands-on job experience.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• PC competency, including Word, Excel, and Windows OS.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds independently.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to maneuver around the job site, including small spaces in and around equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy machine parts while on duty.
• Ability to squat, bend, kneel, and reach overhead and forward while on the job.

Responsibilities

• Keep production equipment running through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of material handling equipment.
• Install and set up new equipment.
• Interact with customers to determine equipment problems.
• Complete field service reports.
• Keep customers informed as repairs are made and answer questions that arise.
• Work with management and other personnel to analyze and correct equipment performance issues.
• Complete and submit weekly online timecards and expense reports.
