About The Position
The Auditor position involves sorting, coding, and reviewing the accuracy of service tickets. This role also includes tracking and reporting on issues related to the complete and proper documentation of technicians’ paperwork. A key responsibility is conducting audits of customer accounts to verify billing accuracy and completeness. The Auditor will collaborate effectively with field personnel, sales, accounting, and customer service teams. Other responsibilities and special projects may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Proficient math skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and work independently
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of ERP systems and programs such as Word and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
