About The Position
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an individual with the following skills to serve as a Full-Time Auditor in our Accounts Receivable Department.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivables
- Previous call center experience
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- AC and Plumbing knowledge a plus but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls
- Audit to ensure protocol is being followed
- Perform day to day tasks, including verifying, classifying and data entry
- Discover and resolve discrepancies
