About The Position
The Position: Licensed Practical Nurse - Assisted Living Facility – Per Diem Take the next step in your professional journey with us and join our team of compassionate Assisted Living Nurses!!! Working as a nurse in an assisted living facility offers a unique set of benefits compared to working in a hospital setting. The pace in assisted living facilities is generally slower, as the residents are often stable and require less critical or emergency care. This results in a less stressful work environment compared to a hospital. Work as needed in an assisted living facility according to your schedule.
Requirements
- NYS LPN license
- CHHA Experience preferred.
- Home Care experience a plus
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent Clinical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment (Outlook, Word, Printing and scanning applications).
