About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated LPN to join our Assisted Living Residence in Williamsville, NY. Canterbury Woods is a continuing care retirement community unlike any you’ve ever seen. Requirements

• Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.
• Must be CPR and first aid certified.
• Must have verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct care services.
• Maintain care records, resident files, and progress notes as required.
• Review resident care needs and physician’s orders.
• Perform nursing duties such as completing DSS forms, functional assessment service plans, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.
