Too Good To GoNew York, NY
Hybrid

About The Position

Our mission at Too Good To Go is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. At Too Good To Go, you’ll join a team that cares about developing strategic partnerships, making value-based decisions, and finding innovative solutions to the world’s food waste crisis. You’ll join an elite team to elevate our growth and collaborate daily with world-class minds—while doing work that’s both high-impact and deeply meaningful. As the Partner Marketing Manager, North America, you will be the strategic mind behind the B2B2C growth across the United States and Canada. This role is dedicated to supporting our partner’s success on the Too Good To Go platform by crafting bespoke, creative co-marketing solutions that drive mutual commercial value. You aren't just a marketer; you are a consultant to our Sales and Account Management teams and a bridge to our Global headquarters. You will stand up the required processes and tools to streamline how we prioritize partner requests, ensure every initiative is backed by sharp financial acumen, and a clear "win-win" for both Too Good To Go and our partners.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in partner marketing or co-marketing roles, specifically managing complex relationships across the United States and Canada.
  • Proven ability to work as a strategic partner to Sales/Account Management, with the ability to "sell in" creative marketing concepts to external stakeholders.
  • Experience building or improving internal workflows, briefing systems, and project management tools to handle a high volume of partner requests.
  • High comfort level with data and financial metrics; ability to speak fluently about how marketing initiatives drive business growth and partner ROI.
  • A track record of working cross-functionally with PR, Social, and Performance teams to drive 360-degree solutions for partners.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to translate complex joint plans into clear, compelling narratives for both local and global audiences.
  • The ability to move from high-level strategy to execution—happy to get stuck into the details of a campaign while never losing sight of the big picture.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end B2B2C co-marketing strategy for North America, developing tailored programs that drive commercial value for our partners
  • Be an important point of contact for Too Good To Go partners and a strategic partner in understanding their business and marketing objectives
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to the Sales and Account Management teams, joining high-stakes pitches to present bespoke marketing solutions for key regional accounts.
  • Architect and implement internal briefing processes and project management tools to streamline partner marketing requests and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to internal teams on how to leverage marketing as a tool for partner retention and growth.
  • Partner closely with the PR, B2B, and B2C marketing teams to ensure partner activities are integrated into our broader brand narrative and consumer campaigns.
  • Act as the key North American conduit for the Global Partner Marketing team, localizing global best practices while sharing North American innovations to benefit the company worldwide.
  • Apply strong financial acumen to track and report on the ROI of partner initiatives, ensuring every campaign is optimized for commercial success.
  • Stay curious and proactive in identifying new ways to add value to our partners’ bottom lines through creative co-branded digital and physical touchpoints.
