About The Position
ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. They focus on small caseloads with a compassionate care approach, a strong culture based on core values, and a commitment to the impact they have on the lives of others. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
- Ability to collaborate with families
- Ability to deliver evidence-based therapy
Nice To Haves
- Master’s in ABA
- Experience with Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training
- Experience collaborating with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute
- Experience working with industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri
Responsibilities
- Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
- Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
- Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
- Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

- Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually
