Corporate Affairs & Communications (CA&C) is a global function responsible for protecting and enhancing American Express' reputation and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders through communications, public affairs, and community engagement. Within CA&C, the Global Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) Business Unit Lead team oversees the execution of the Third-Party Management program across the organization. The team partners with CA&C Third-Party Relationship Managers (TRMs), TLM Operations, Sourcing, and other enterprise teams to help ensure third-party engagements are managed in accordance with the Third-Party Management Policy (AEMP10) and applicable control, compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements. The CA&C Global TLM team is seeking an Analyst to support the day-to-day administration and execution of the TLM program. The role will have a strong operational focus, including procurement and supplier onboarding activities, purchase requisitions, invoice research, documentation management, data validation, and support for pre- and post-contract TLM requirements. The role will also provide opportunities to take greater ownership of third-party engagements, partner with stakeholders across CA&C, and contribute to program education, reporting, and process improvements.
