About The Position

The candidate will support the delivery of logistics requirements for United States Navy and allied foreign‑navy customers consisting of various shipment requirements including software, COMSEC, classified, technical manuals, etc. Working with oversight, the candidate will analyze, research, and resolve logistics requirements to meet specified in country need dates. This role demands a highly motivated, team‑oriented professional, self-thinker, and detail oriented who can support the team with critical, high‑visibility tasks with speed and decisive judgment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of completing tasks with high accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Ability to organize and maintain detailed records, logs, or spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to break complex problems into logical steps and develop clear, actionable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment, contributing ideas, and assisting teammates to achieve shared goals.
  • Consistently produces error free work; routinely checks data for accuracy.
  • Apply structured reasoning to evaluate options and make sound decisions.
  • Actively participates in group discussions, supports peers, and values collective success over individual credit.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks, manage time effectively, and meet specified in yard need dates.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with handling classified or sensitive information in accordance with DoD/NIWC regulations.
  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, procurement, or a data analysis role (internships, co ops, or military experience are acceptable).
  • Strong proficiency in tools used for data tracking.
  • Experience conducting research to locate alternative sources or verify data.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Takes initiative to identify tasks, follow up on open items, and seek continuous improvement without needing constant supervision.
