About The Position

As a Technical Product Owner in our Platform Engineering team, you'll work hands-on to guide our CI/CD DevOps workload as we support our AWS RedHat Open Shift (ROSA) environment and build our next-generation delivery platform. This is a fast-paced role with a balanced mix of service support, continuous improvement, and innovative feature development. You'll partner closely with Platform Engineering and Application Development teams to ensure our CI/CD processes and automation products create the best possible "builder" experience for enterprise customers. Working with your Engineering Manager, Senior Technical Engineers, Lead Software Engineers, and our Agile Delivery Lead, you'll help define features and roadmaps, manage capacity and expectations, and shape work intake and execution through our evolving Jira/Confluence toolset. Requirements

  • Agile methodologies - kanban, scrum
  • Demonstrated experience managing agile delivery using industry standard tooling such as Jira/Confluence
  • Strong learning agility
  • Ability to manage products in various degrees of "done"
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate many dependencies across the enterprise
  • Experience with software delivery, DevOps, Gitops, Gitlab, and GitHub
  • Great communicator with at least 3 years of Enterprise level product management background
  • Ability to generate Go To Market type marketing materials and messaging
  • Ability to generate Features and Stories for the team
  • Ability to help keep work organized and the team focused during many iterations of ambiguity
  • Ability to generate roadmaps from complex dependency patterns

  • Decision-Making & Trade-off Handling– Making timely choices about scope, timing, and impact, balancing competing priorities.
