Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology (with programming focus), or STEM with strong software development coursework, with graduation by August 31, 2027.
  • Strong academic track record (3.2+ cumulative GPA) from a 4-year accredited institution.
  • Strong foundation in programming and software engineering principles
  • U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
  • Ability to travel 25-50% preferred, but requirements vary by team and location.

  • Build full‑stack applications using languages like Python, Java, and JavaScript

  • Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Integrate AI/ML models into production systems responsibly and efficiently
  • Experiment with emerging technologies, including generative AI and autonomous agents
  • Contribute to secure, resilient software following DevSecOps and SDLC best practices
  • Collaborate in agile teams to deliver solutions supporting federal missions
