Senior Project Manager

The job overview for this position is that it is a Senior Project Manager role within the Program Delivery team at Huge. The role involves managing all types of interactive projects, from conception to implementation, and working closely with various teams to produce digital products. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning and prioritizing deliverables, managing client expectations, and overseeing multiple project activities. They should have experience in a digital or product development organization and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

• Plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects
• Focus on goals and solutions for both large and small projects
• Become the focal point for delivery across a series of workstreams
• Work closely with discipline leads
• Meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and oversee hybrid client/Huge teams
• Manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, and scopes
• Clearly communicate client goals and ideas through presentations and other communication styles
• Motivate, support, and understand project teams
• Experience with development of large-scale websites, native applications, kiosks, and understanding of development technologies
• Work with iterative models and methodologies
• Define scope for new products and features, communicate requirements and dependencies, and identify project roadblocks
• Resolve time-sensitive matters
• Use gantt chart applications, bug tracking, issue tracking, and other project management and communication tools
• Appreciation for design and user experience.

Experience in a digital, software, or product development organization.

Consistently manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, and scopes.

Ability to clearly communicate the goals of the client and the ideas behind the work through presentations and other communication styles.

Ability to motivate, support, and understand project teams.

Experience with the development of large-scale websites, native applications, kiosks, and a strong understanding of development technologies, third-party applications, and platforms.

Experience with iterative models and methodologies.

Experience in defining scope for new products and features, communicating requirements and dependencies, and proactively identifying project roadblocks.

Expertise in resolving time-sensitive matters.

Expertise in gantt chart applications, bug tracking, issue tracking, and other common project management and common communications tools.
