Senior Project Manager

Huge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Program Delivery team. The role involves managing various interactive projects, from conception to implementation, within their dedicated Google business. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning and prioritizing deliverables, collaborating with different teams, and ensuring client expectations are met. They should have experience in a digital or product development organization, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to effectively communicate project goals and ideas.

• Plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects
• Collaborate with creative, experience design, strategy, and tech teams to produce digital products
• Focus on goals and solutions of various sizes
• Act as the focal point for delivery across workstreams and stay updated on daily project activities
• Work closely with discipline leads
• Meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and oversee hybrid client/Huge teams
• Manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, and scopes
• Clearly communicate client goals and work ideas through presentations and other communication styles
• Motivate, support, and understand project teams, including visual designers, tech developers, and content strategists
• Experience with large-scale website and native application development, as well as knowledge of development technologies and third-party applications and platforms
• Work with iterative models and methodologies
• Define scope for new products and features, communicate requirements and dependencies, and identify project roadblocks proactively
• Resolve time-sensitive matters
• Proficiency in gantt chart applications, bug tracking, issue tracking, and other project management and communication tools
• Appreciation for design and user experience.

Experience in a digital, software, or product development organization.

Consistently manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, and scopes—organization, attention to detail is essential.

Ability to clearly communicate the goals of the client and the ideas behind the work through presentations and other communication styles.

Ability to motivate, support, and understand project teams, from visual designers to tech developers to content strategists.

Experience with the development of large-scale websites, native applications, kiosks, and a strong understanding of development technologies, third-party applications, and platforms.

Experience with iterative models and methodologies.

Experience in defining scope for new products and features, communicating requirements and dependencies, and proactively identifying project roadblocks.

Expertise in resolving time-sensitive matters.

Expertise in gantt chart applications, bug tracking, issue tracking, and other common project management and common communications tools.
