About the position

Requirements
- +5 years of experience in a leadership role with a QA team
- Strong technical skills in functional and non-functional testing, manual and automation testing
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Expertise in risk identification, management, mitigation, and risk-based testing tasks
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of 10-15 people through a successful multi-month technical delivery process
- Ability to partner with creative and business teams to bring transformative ideas to reality
- Continuous learning and passion for emerging and evolving technology trends
- Ability to estimate work and staffing and strategize to meet client budgetary requirements
- Thought leadership in QA practice and playbook
- Ability to coach and transform a diverse and talented team into a high-performing delivery machine
- Analyzing customer needs, preparing strategic testing plans, and ensuring quality process
- Measuring QA team performance and maintaining efficient global quality craft
- Responsible for standardization initiatives, best practices, documentation, and tools in QA practice
- Assisting in defining and managing product roadmaps
- Building consensus on priorities and leading to product execution
- Creating and maintaining product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation
- Prioritizing QA activities with engineering teams and determining best technical implementation.
