About the position
We are seeking a Creative Director with expertise in visual design and delivering digital experiences to drive standard-defining outcomes for innovative brands. This leadership position involves managing the creative direction of large projects, mentoring emerging creative leaders, and representing our culture and standards to all levels and disciplines within the department and industry. The Creative Director will focus on the creative output for a global technology brand, leading cross-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions on a global stage. Projects will include marketing websites, branding, digital products, and vision projects across various industries.
Responsibilities

- Manage the creative direction of large projects

- Represent the culture and standards of the company to all levels and disciplines

- Build trust with clients and win work
- Position the company to tackle ambitious future projects
- Work on global marketing websites, branding and brand systems, digital products and services, and vision projects
- Have extensive experience in a client-facing, creative leadership role in a digital agency environment
- Have recognized expertise in advertising, collateral, identity, or interactive design
- Have a strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process
- Provide clear creative direction and career path guidance
- Provide timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills, including team building and mentoring
- Have excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organizations
