Creative Director

Lead (and directly contribute to) the development of insightfully driven creative concepts and their production to the point of exceeding client expectations

Establish and maintain positive relationships with all relevant client contacts, becoming an expert on brand culture, products, preferences, and expectations

Lead the development and presentation of pitch materials for all major and complex campaigns associated with a brand or brand group

Ensure the highest possible quality of all strategic, creative, and design deliverables within the scope of one or more brand relationships

Proactively identify and present novel strategic opportunities for new and existing brand partners

Elevate overall work quality by setting increasingly high standards and articulating ambitious creative opportunities

Experienced and articulate talent with working experience in art direction and design

Fluent in marketing, media, production, and social trends

Adept at incorporating a collaborative creative process

Ability to lead a team of designers, writers, and animators

Ability to build and nurture client relationships

Expertise in brand culture, products, preferences, and expectations

Ability to develop insightfully driven creative concepts and exceed client expectations

Experience in developing and presenting pitch materials for major and complex campaigns
