About the position
The Partner Success Manager at Matic is responsible for developing and delivering the growth strategy for a portfolio of client partnerships. They will build strong relationships with clients and partners, identify opportunities for growth, and effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management, strong presentation and analytical skills, and a desire to contribute to the growth of the company. This role sits within the Partner Services team and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure partner success.
Responsibilities
- Builds strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners at all levels, including C-Level executives
- Continually identifies ways to improve client performance through a clear understanding of clients' objectives and goals
- Effectively seeks out, influences, and advocates the implementation of growth opportunities with client partners
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Ability to learn and leverage industry expertise to optimize partnerships
- Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to the client's attention before they become issues, offering potential solutions and advising on outcomes
- Perceives obstacles and objections as opportunities to engage, consult, and deliver value
- Identifies risks, analyzes impact, and drives accountability with cross-functional teams
- Exhibits leadership among peer groups to achieve success through partnership growth, increasing yield through portfolio penetration
- Maintains internal product knowledge and awareness to brief partners about releases and updates as necessary
- Provides insight, data, and reporting on program performance to C-level executives
- Works and communicates with partners to develop scalable long-term strategies and workflows that drive adoption of Matic's products and services
- Uses data to drive decision making and growth for partners, internally and externally
- Collaborates with various teams including marketing, sales, product, BI, and others as needed to ensure consistent service and performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise partnership or alliance management experience
- Proven success in partnership management and growth
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and strong familiarity with decision making processes in enterprise partners
- Strong presentation skills
- Excel wizard able to analyze data, extract insights and drive action
