About the position
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative who will play a crucial role in enhancing insurance client retention through exceptional service. The main responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance requirements, advocating for them, and collaborating with our agents. The ideal candidate should possess effective communication skills, the ability to understand customer situations, and the motivation to adapt quickly to change. Previous customer service or advocacy experience is preferred, and knowledge of insurance is a plus. Responsibilities
- Providing expert service and guidance to clients over phone, email, and text
- Ensuring correct documents are sent to clients based on their situation
- Completing tasks with organized notes and consistent processes
- Clearly articulating the Matic value proposition to clients
- Achieving team goals for productivity, quality, client satisfaction, and policy retention
- Offering other insurance products to clients where applicable
- Effective communication skills, especially over the phone
- Ability to understand a customer's situation and provide options for resolution
- Tenacity and persuasiveness in doing what's right
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to adapt quickly to change
- Ability to multitask while listening and responding to customers and using a computer
- Passion for conveying the value of the Matic message clearly
- Customer service experience or experience as an advocate is highly preferred
- Insurance knowledge is preferred
