Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative who will play a crucial role in enhancing insurance client retention through exceptional service. The main responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance carriers' requirements, advocating for clients and agents, and effectively communicating our value proposition. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous customer service or advocacy experience is preferred, along with knowledge of the insurance industry. • Providing expert service and guidance to clients over phone, email, and text
• Ensuring correct documents are sent to clients based on their situation
• Completing tasks with organized notes and consistent processes
• Clearly articulating the Matic value proposition to clients
• Achieving team goals for productivity, quality, client satisfaction, and policy retention
• Offering other insurance products to clients where applicable
• Effective communication skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to understand a customer's situation and provide options for resolution
• Tenacity and persuasiveness in doing what's right
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to adapt quickly to change
• Ability to multitask while listening and responding to customers and using a computer
• Passion for conveying the value of the Matic message clearly
• Customer service experience or experience as an advocate is highly preferred
• Insurance knowledge is preferred
