Sales Operations Executive

The Sales Operation Executive role at Mintel is responsible for providing top-notch support to the global client base and collaborating with the Commercial team. This includes offering technical support to Mintel users, processing contracts on the Salesforce CRM system, and resolving basic technical issues. The role also involves ensuring clients have access to the Mintel Portal and the right content, assisting the Finance team with timely and accurate updates, collaborating with the Sales team on order forms and agreements, and working with IT and Product Development teams to improve processes and fix issues. The ideal candidate should be humble, a strong communicator, data-driven, and have a basic understanding of technology.

• Provide telephone and online technical support to Mintel users
• Process and set up contracts on the Salesforce CRM system
• Solve basic technical problems within back-end systems
• Work alongside other members of the Sales Operation team to provide support on technical matters and redirect users to the right people
• Ensure all clients are able to access the Mintel Portal and login to access the right content
• Process client contracts in Salesforce and assist the Commercial team with CRM and Portal systems
• Work with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate information updates for invoicing
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create order forms and agreements with clients
• Liaise with IT and Product Development teams to improve processes, procedures, and fix issues
• Assist in the strategy, development, and deployment of sales processes and procedures related to CRM, Portal, and Access Management systems.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
