About the position
We are seeking a retention-focused Client Success Manager to support and grow our Spanish-speaking clients in Latin America. This role involves partnering with an Account Manager to manage and retain 40+ clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry across multiple countries. The main responsibilities include success planning, tracking portfolio health, conducting translations, delivering presentations, creating strategic plans, building usage and awareness of our solutions, supporting client onboarding, multitasking, identifying opportunities, and providing actionable insights. Fluency in Spanish and English, along with 2 years of client-facing experience, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Run sessions with clients to uncover their short and long term objectives and develop a service plan based on client business objectives
- Monitor accounts to identify churn risk and develop strategies to eliminate that risk
- Conduct translations of US presentations to adapt to the Latin and South American markets
- Prepare and deliver presentations to C-Level teams on syndicated content
- Work with the sales counterpart to ensure a plan is in place with each client, including regular check-in calls and strategic business reviews
- Ensure Mintel impacts clients' objectives by offering interactive training, project support, and proactive content
- Support new clients as they begin to work with Mintel, ensuring they derive value from the first 30 days
- Simultaneously manage multiple clients at different points in the account lifecycle
- Discover proactive ways to develop new training materials and support business-wide adoption of Mintel products
- Translate client usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and conversation)
- Ability to run sessions with clients to uncover their objectives and develop service plans
- Monitoring accounts to identify churn risk and develop strategies to eliminate it
- Conducting translations of US presentations for Latin and South American markets
- Preparing and delivering presentations to C-Level teams
- Working alongside the sales counterpart to ensure alignment of objectives and outcomes
- Building usage and awareness of Mintel through training and proactive content
- Supporting new clients during onboarding process
- Simultaneously managing multiple clients at different points in the account lifecycle
- Identifying opportunities for new training materials and feature ideas based on client feedback
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal form in Spanish and English.
