Sales Development Representative, Commercial

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for setting qualified meetings for Account Executives by contacting prospective clients through cold calls and emails, qualifying accounts/prospects based on set criteria, identifying prospects' needs/challenges, and suggesting appropriate products/services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, drive, and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle rejection and persevere. The on-target earnings for this role are $65,000. • Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails
• Qualify accounts/prospects based on set criteria
• Identify prospects needs/challenges and suggest appropriate products/services
• Set up meetings/calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
• Reschedule/follow up with prospects if meetings do not occur

• Strong work ethic and drive
• Ability to handle rejection and persevere
• Strong communication skills
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Previous cold calling experience is a plus
• Coach-ability and a team focused mindset
• Ability to work hybrid in our Nashville Office
• Bachelor's Degree Required
