About the position
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for setting qualified meetings for Account Executives by contacting prospective clients through cold calls and emails, qualifying accounts/prospects based on set criteria, identifying prospects' needs/challenges, and suggesting appropriate products/services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, drive, and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle rejection and persevere. The on-target earnings for this role are $65,000. Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails
- Qualify accounts/prospects based on set criteria
- Identify prospects needs/challenges and suggest appropriate products/services
- Set up meetings/calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
- Reschedule/follow up with prospects if meetings do not occur
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and drive
- Ability to handle rejection and persevere
- Strong communication skills
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Previous cold calling experience is a plus
- Coach-ability and a team focused mindset
- Ability to work hybrid in our Nashville Office
- Bachelor's Degree Required
