About the position
The Integrations Lead Solution Architect at Motive is responsible for working closely with customers to understand their integration needs, designing solutions, and coordinating the development and deployment of these integrations. As the product owner for PS-built integrations, they gather requirements and design custom and scalable integration solutions using Java and the Mulesoft platform. This role plays a crucial part in meeting customer project deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying leads/upsell opportunities. The Integrations Lead Solution Architect also collaborates with customers to help them leverage the connection between Motive's data-rich platform and their systems, ultimately increasing their competitiveness in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and help them leverage the connection between Motive's data-rich platform and their systems to increase competitiveness in the marketplace
- Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers' IT departments to help them realize the value of Motive's platform
- Gather requirements and design custom and scalable integration solutions for customers' use cases using Java and the Mulesoft platform as the product owner for PS-built integrations
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge among internal stakeholders in product, sales, marketing, customer success, and support departments
- Serve as a lead architect in Professional Services, meeting with large customers and prospects to gather requirements and create solutions
- Architect and implement API-based integrations connecting on-premise/SaaS packaged COTS solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile
- Utilize integration architecture concepts and patterns, such as Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON services, etc.
- Ensure customer project deadlines are met, maintain customer satisfaction for services, and identify leads/upsell opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services serving as a lead architect, meeting with large (1,000+ employee) customers and prospects to gather requirements and create solutions.
- 10+ years experience in Professional Services architecting & implementing API-based integrations connecting one or more on-premise/SaaS packaged COTS solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile.
- 7+ years experience with Integration Architecture concepts and patterns, such as Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON services, etc.
