Lead, Safety and Compliance Strategy

Motive is seeking a Lead, Safety and Compliance Strategy who will provide thought leadership in the safety and compliance arena. This role involves enhancing risk, safety, and compliance strategies, enabling internal Sales teams, and building brand awareness for Motive through conferences, white papers/articles, and speaking engagements. The Lead will also collaborate with the Sales Development team to incorporate safety best practices into sales initiatives, work with the Professional Services team to integrate safety and compliance into client engagements, and seek to improve brand awareness through thought leadership and involvement in relevant trade associations.

• Provide thought leadership in the safety and compliance arena
• Enhance risk, safety, and compliance strategies
• Enable internal Sales teams on the value customers are seeking via enhanced safety & compliance
• Influence the productization of value-added Professional Services
• Build brand awareness for Motive through attending conferences, writing white papers/articles, and other speaking engagements
• Share best practices from other enterprise telematics providers
• Identify key target prospects within prioritized verticals
• Develop growth strategy recommendations leveraging key accounts
• Guide a product development roadmap that aligns with the growth strategy
• Incorporate safety best practice considerations into sales initiatives
• Address safety and compliance-related inquiries from potential clients
• Assist in the development of sales collateral and proposals highlighting the organization's commitment to safety
• Collaborate with the Professional Services team to integrate safety and compliance best practices into client engagements
• Provide value-added services to clients as part of the pre and post sales process
• Conduct discovery to reveal areas where Motive could drive efficiency, reduce claims cost, and eliminate pain points
• Develop and drive customized client onboarding plans
• Provide customization of the Motive program and feature settings for maximum efficiency and reduced claims costs
• Provide standard communication tools and templates for program rollout
• Plan hardware installations to minimize operational impact
• Provide training for users of the Motive system
• Scope KPIs and business intelligence needs
• Improve awareness of the Motive brand through speaking engagements, podcasts, articles, and other channels of thought leadership
• Broaden Motive's involvement in relevant trade associations
• Serve as Motive's representative at meetings of trade associations
