Senior Software Engineer (AI/Infra)

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of key Platform initiatives, including build and development tools, automation, and CI/CD systems. You will manage a team of 3-6 individual contributors and partner with recruiting to hire engineers. Project planning and management, as well as mentoring and helping engineers with their career paths, will be part of your responsibilities. Effective communication and collaboration across geographic locations are also important for this role.

• Managing a team of 3-6 individual contributors
• Partnering with recruiting to hire engineers to the team
• Project planning and management
• Carrying out weekly scrums, daily standups, and/or any other agile technique to manage team progress
• Mentoring and helping engineers to plan and execute their career paths
• Working with technical leads and managers to understand project requirements and business needs
• Working with senior team members to review all technical specifications
• Communicating and collaborating effectively across geographic locations.

• Bachelors in Computer Science or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant development experience
• Experience managing a team of 3-6 individual contributors
• Ability to partner with recruiting to hire engineers to the team
• Strong project planning and management skills
• Familiarity with agile techniques such as weekly scrums and daily standups
• Ability to mentor and help engineers plan and execute their career paths
• Collaboration and communication skills across geographic locations
• Ability to work with technical leads and managers to understand project requirements and business needs
• Reviewing technical specifications with senior team members
