Lead Solutions Architect, Integrations (Canada)

The Integrations Lead Solution Architect at Motive is responsible for understanding customer integration needs, designing solutions, and coordinating the development and deployment of integrations. They serve as the product owner for PS-built integrations, working closely with customers and the Product team. This role focuses on delivering quality and meeting customer project deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying leads/upsell opportunities. The Integrations Lead Solution Architect collaborates with customers to leverage Motive's data-rich platform and helps them realize its value in increasing their competitiveness in the marketplace. They also build relationships with senior technical individuals within customer IT departments and share best-practice knowledge among internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and help them leverage the connection between Motive's data-rich platform and their systems to increase competitiveness in the marketplace
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers' IT departments to help them realize the value Motive's platform provides to their organization
• Gather requirements and design custom and scalable integration solutions for customers' use cases using Java and the Mulesoft platform as the product owner for PS-built integrations
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge among internal stakeholders in product, sales, marketing, customer success, and support departments
• Meet customer project deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction for services
• Identify leads and upsell opportunities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and leverage the connection between Motive's data-rich platform and their systems

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services as a lead architect, working with large (1,000+ employee) customers

• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers IT departments

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services
• 10+ years experience in Professional Services architecting & implementing API-based integrations
• 7+ years experience with Integration Architecture concepts and patterns
• Customer Facing Experience implementing OAuth, SAML, Single Sign On, Mobile Device Management, etc
• Ability to build productive client relationships
• Identify and develop opportunities for new business and new services offerings
• Experience with Enterprise Integration Design Patterns and designing APIs
• Experience in middleware platforms such as Mulesoft CloudHub and AnyPoint Studio IDEs
