About the position
Zilliz is seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Development Rep (SDR) to support their expanding US sales efforts. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating a pipeline quickly and effectively, while also gaining a deep understanding of Zilliz's product and community. With a focus on identifying high-potential businesses and leading inbound and outbound campaigns, you will contribute to the growth and success of Zilliz by aiding businesses in realizing their full potential through the strength of the company.

Requirements
- Skilled and experienced Sales Development Rep (SDR)
- Understanding of the product and community
- Ability to generate a pipeline quickly and effectively
- Good discovery and qualification skills
- Strong sales and product knowledge
- Ability to interact with Developers and business decision-makers via phone and email
- Proficiency in using Hubspot for lead management
- Ability to set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
- Nurturing early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
- Exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity quota
- Building strong relationships with the marketing team and Account Executives
- Commitment to self-development and acquiring skills necessary for success in the role
