Sales Development Representative

Zilliz is seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Development Rep (SDR) to support their expanding US sales efforts. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating a pipeline quickly and effectively, while also gaining a deep understanding of Zilliz's product and community. With a focus on identifying high-potential businesses and leading inbound and outbound campaigns, you will contribute to the growth and success of Zilliz by aiding businesses in realizing their full potential through the strength of the company.

Identify high-potential businesses that would be a good fit to work with Zilliz across your region

Work with the Sales team to develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation through to qualified call

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers

Conduct research to understand the product, community, and target market

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Sales team

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate new business opportunities

Provide support and assistance to Sales team throughout the sales process

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position Zilliz's products

Contribute to the growth and success of the sales organization

• Proficiency in using Hubspot for lead management
• Ability to set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
• Nurturing early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
• Exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity quota
• Building strong relationships with the marketing team and Account Executives
