Sales Consultant - Hybrid from Loveland, CO

This job is for an Inside Sales Consultant at Constant Contact. The role involves converting warm leads into paying customers by coaching, advising, and selling small businesses the company's online marketing practices. The position offers a comprehensive training program, competitive base pay, uncapped commission, and ongoing support. The job requires strong sales experience, a passion for helping small businesses succeed, and exceptional communication skills. The role is based in Loveland, CO for three days a week, with two weeks of training in Boston, MA.

• Work with warm leads in converting them into paying customers through a high volume of outbound calls
• Inspire Small Business Owners all over the country to grow their businesses with our continually evolving suite of Digital Marketing Solutions
• Conduct needs analysis to determine how to best help prospects based on their needs and marketing challenges
• Close business with new customers on a daily basis
• Have 1+ year of relevant and successful sales experience
• Have a strong passion for helping small businesses succeed
• Be driven to meet and exceed sales objectives
• Have exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
