Product Marketing Manager

Constant Contact is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their team and contribute to the advancement of their products. The successful candidate will collaborate with product management to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas, create marketing plans, assess program effectiveness, and maintain a market perspective. They will also act as a spokesperson and thought leader for the product area(s) they support. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of product marketing experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Collaborate with product management to understand the product roadmap and develop positioning and messaging for target buyer personas.
• Develop a marketing plan for the products/features, including activities and budgets for customer retention and acquisition.
• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for brand, product, and feature values across customer types.
• Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and report required changes.
• Maintain market perspective on customer needs and product offerings to enhance leadership position.
• Act as the primary spokesperson and thought leader for the supported product area(s).
• Support sales channels and partner with sales enablement to train sales on problem-solving for buyers and users.
• Develop internal tools and external collateral for sales enablement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Exceptional performance-tracking skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to tackle complex projects under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree
