About the position
This role is focused on providing administrative support to an American-based sales team, allowing them to dedicate more time to customer visits. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as customer onboarding, quoting activities, maintaining records in various software systems, and managing open issues. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to ensure efficient operations and support the overall business goals of the company.
- Support an American-based business unit of account executives with the management of mission-critical administrative tasks including customer onboarding, PO enablement, and financial terms.
- Handle quoting activities from initial upload, quote configuration/modification, through submission to customers.
- Communicate with the quoting team and customers to address quoting issues.
- Support workflow and maintain records in ERP, CRM, and CSM software systems.
- Initiate and complete legal documents such as NDA, AVL, MSA, etc.
- Field requests and manage a working list of open issues to successful completion.
- Facilitate daily interactions with account executives and Business Unit Director to communicate progress.
- Provide customer coverage and quoting support for account executives when they are out of the office or otherwise indisposed.
- Perform other administrative support activities as needed.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced business environment
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to follow processes and instructions
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and regular priority changes
