About the position
The Manager, Commercial Partnerships for Provident Music Group is responsible for overseeing digital commercial partnerships and streaming, as well as maintaining relationships with Digital Service Providers (DSP's). This role involves managing the overall digital strategy with DSP's, organizing content development, securing promotional placements, and collaborating with label marketing teams to maximize campaigns. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience, a passion for faith-based music, and a thorough understanding of current DSPs and industry best practices. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall digital strategy with Digital Service Providers (DSP's)
- Oversee/organize all content development for DSP's
- Secure/negotiate promotional placement on all audio/video products
- Work closely with Release Planning Dept. to ensure product delivery prior to DSP's deadlines/quality control
- Liaise with label marketing teams to maximize campaigns
- Understand and interpret industry trends and competitive practices
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns with all DSP accounts
- Provide accounts with all relevant release information in order to secure maximum visibility and drive revenue
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Passion and familiarity with faith-based music
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, or related field preferred
- Thorough understanding of current DSPs and industry best practices
- Team player with the ability to balance complex external and internal business relationships
- Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and accurate
