About the position
The Solution Consultant is a key partner for Mural's account teams, working closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Professional Services Delivery Consultants. Their mission is to shape and sell Mural's core platform and Professional Services by leveraging their strategic and consultative sales skills. They are responsible for conducting client discovery sessions, delivering sales workshops, presenting professional services proposals, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to scope delivery project effort. The Solution Consultant acts as a subject matter expert in client conversations, building credibility and supporting Mural's overall mission.
Responsibilities
- Run engaging and knowledgeable client discovery sessions & key stakeholder interviews
- Develop and deliver use case specific sales workshops for customers and prospects
- Present compelling professional services proposals to customers
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to scope delivery project effort
- Drive pricing and client proposal development for professional services offerings
- Act as knowledgeable SMEs in client conversations to build credibility and support wider Mural and Profession
Requirements
- Track record of strategic and consultative sales skills
- Ability to solicit business requirements
- Ability to develop a sales strategy
- Design solutions that address business requirements
- Provide business value
- Good working understanding of common business methodologies like Human Centered Design and Agile
